RoxED Inc. was founded by Roxanne Cayer and Erick Desjardins, a husband-and-wife team who have been leading, teaching, and building businesses together for over 15 years. Our mission is simple: to help organizations close leadership gaps, strengthen communication, and build teams that thrive.

Who we are

Roxanne brings more than 15 years of experience as a high school teacher and over a decade as a business administrator and owner. She combines her background in education, leadership training, and behavioral analysis to help individuals and teams grow with clarity and confidence.

Erick grew up in a family business and has led companies across forestry, golf, and automotive industries for nearly two decades. His leadership has spanned every role, from hands-on operations to sales and executive management, giving him a grounded understanding of what makes teams succeed.
